After a short stint of recovery, the crypto market sees a dip as Bitcoin slips back to US$22K according to our list of top 10 cryptocurrencies for January 25 2023.

The popular cryptocurrency, Bitcoin (BTC) is currently trading at US$22,736.21 after witnessing a drop of 1.57% in the past 24 hours. Bitcoin’s market capital is currently US$438 billion.

 

Even with the slight fluctuations, Bitcoin continues to be a source of positive financial news. El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele revealed that the country just paid off $800 million in debt even as the mainstream media said they would default because of Bitcoin.

 

Ethereum(ETH) is the second top cryptocurrency and is currently trading at US$1,556.17. ETH too took a dip of 4.85%% in the past 24 hours. Today, the global cryptocurrency market capital is US$1.06 Trillion, and saw a dip of 2.9% in the past 24 hours.
