As the crypto world continues to fluctuate a bit here and there, we have come up today with a list of top 10 performing cryptocurrencies for January 17, 2023, to help you comprehend the market. The top cryptocurrency, Bitcoin (BTC) is currently trading at $21,166. Although, BTC is down by 0.13% in the past 24 hours, it has still retained its $21k mark and that seems a pretty good position as of now.

Ethereum(ETH) ranks second on the list of top performing cryptocurrency and is currently trading at $1,569.03. Just like BTC, ETH too saw a drop of 0.33% in the past 24 hours.

Another coin, which has shown a good jump is Solana (SOL). With the jump of 1.08% in the past 24 hours, SOL is trading at $23.56. But, the entry of a new coin, $CORE has grabbed quite a few headlines as it had lately been trending on Twitter.

A newcomer in the crypto town, $CORE by Core DAO will reportedly be listed by crypto exchanges including OKX, MEXC & Huobi.
