SHIB Metaverse Sees Way Less Buyers than Expected! What Does it Mean?

The SHIB metaverse will probably dive just like the Shiba Inu token did

Shiba Inu lost its market prominence after the crypto fell exponentially at the end of 2021. The SHIB token rose by almost 45,000,000% in 2021, but the crypto fell by more than 37% this year. Currently. The investors are selling off their Shiba Inu investments and looking for more centralized and traditional forms of assets to avoid the volatility of cryptocurrencies like SHIB. Since its downfall, the Shiba Inu developers have initiated several programs that are all aimed to make SHIB the top meme cryptocurrency in the market. One of their many initiatives includes entering the metaverse. The metaverse is comprising users who can buy land, build houses, and take part in several exciting metaverse activities. Shiba Inu has entered the metaverse and has named its domain ‘Shiberse’. But will SHIB’s metaverse initiative win the hearts of its investors? Currently, according to reports, Shiberse, quite similar to Shiba Inu, is not performing well. In fact, Shiba Inu’s metaverse land tokens sale also saw a dive!

When Shiba Inu entered the metaverse, its developers decided to offer plots of land in its domain. The Shivers domain aimed to act as a fully functional shared virtual domain, the metaverse will also allow people to interact with its digital elements as 3D avatars. The sale of land plots on the Shiberse platform was divided into three parts. It included the bid event, the holders’ event, and the public sale event. During the first two events, LEASH and SHIBOSHI tokens sold themselves quite rapidly as the holders of these tokens were allowed to bid and purchase lands. When April commenced, the developers again started the public sale for investors who would be interested to buy the remaining land plots. But unfortunately, when the land sale started, the LEASH token plummeted by over 50%.

Now, will the Shiberse platform support the Shiba Inu ecosystem?

Shiba Inu claims that Shiberse will be an immersive experience in its ecosystem and the metaverse space. Even though SHIB’s metaverse experience was supposed to be similar to any other metaverse initiative, this project was far more important for the SHIB investors and developers than we would actually think. It’s quite evident that the metaverse domain is growing at a faster rate than tech enthusiasts would even imagine.

The competition for Shiba Inu is high because some of the top cryptocurrencies like The Sandbox and Decentraland are already ahead of the game. These cryptos are some of the top metaverse players. Some of the top crypto market analysts have predicted that Shiba Inu’s metaverse project does not stand a chance against these top players. The Shiba Inu army has to be extremely strong to make sure that its metaverse project is a huge success, otherwise, the value of the Shiberse land tokens will fall just like the Shiba Inu token.
